Roast AI as an online platform provides users with the ability to create satirical deepfakes that abide in good faith with the DEEPFAKES Accountability Act of 2024. By accepting these terms and conditions, users accept full legal liability for the content they create and share, as well as full legal liability for any damages or claims arising due to their content. Users agree to abide by the relevant disclosure rules when sharing content created and always to act in good faith.
